The Women Empowerment Project works to empower these sisters. This project, which provides training to economically backward and dependent sisters and provides them with opportunities to start their own businesses, has created a unique identity in the society. Here are the words of our Ansuyaba’s daughter Pallaviben Mehta, who visited this center….
We are very proud and honored that Ansuyaba, known as my mother Shrimati Ansuyaba, is running the Modi Women Empowerment Project for the needy sisters of Bharuch with complete dedication and commitment. Our heartfelt congratulations to all of you working in this project and to all the sisters of the Jain Social Group who are managing it. My father and my family are grateful to all of you.
We believe that through this project, needy sisters will get more and more benefits and will stand on their own feet and become a source of income for the family and come to the forefront of society. Along with this, the rate of domestic violence will decrease a lot and especially the sisters doing this work will be able to give good education to the poor children, through which the solid work of building the society will be done.
Our family will always be with all of you and I pray to the Almighty God that more and more sisters will continue to get the benefits.
Dear Friends,
The AJM Women Empowerment Project is putting dedicated efforts into imparting the vocational skills to underprivileged women of our society and enabling them to secure respectable positions in community at large.
The fellow Women of Jain Social Group, Bharuch have been instrumental in contributing their knowledge and energy with remarkable vigor and intimacy , benefitting over 3000 women during the past decade. These volunteers are selflessly devoting their valuable time for empowering women not only financially but also by imparting life skills and promoting their social status.
Through project, we have witnessed a profound transformation in the lives of our beneficiaries who have gained a deeper understanding of their personal life situations. This newfound awareness have enabled them to navigate their family and social lives more sensiblely.
As a member of the AJMWEP team , we have personally experienced self-discovery along with inner growth while working with beneficiaries. We firmly believe that this project have provided us the opportunities for self-development and our understanding becomes stronger and stronger day by day.
There are many questions and puzzles throughout our project work. We have numerous ideas yet to be implemented to achieve desired and determined goals. However we have a faith in good wishes and blessings of our friends which will provide continuous strength & a ray of hope to walk one step forward every moment.
May God bless us all.

From the balcony of our experiences while working..
Yes, I am a woman……
I also have some dreams,
I also have some aspirations,
My vibrating mind creates many dreams,
My identity is different from this mortal body,
Not only the body, but also the soul,
Not only the thing, but also the thought,
And that is why I say that yes, I am a woman……..
When we imagine the empowerment of a woman who is soft in body but strong in mind, one truth we all need to remember is that indeed women are strong but largely go astray due to lack of guidance. Training women to make them self-sufficient means pointing the right direction to women, which is being done by Anasuya J Modi Women’s Empowerment Project. I feel very happy and proud to have had the good fortune to be a small part of it.
Thank you to the Modi family who is generously providing full financial support for this noble cause. The trust of our inspiration source Shri Kamleshbhai Udani, who inspired us to realize the dream of Shri Jyoti Bhai Modi, the dreamer of the Women Empowerment Project, and the freedom we have to do any work for the benefit of the sisters, always motivates us. The guidance of the project chairman Shri Girishbhai Shah and the continuous support and cooperation of my fellow workers on this journey, who have stood shoulder to shoulder with us and considered this work their own, are the reasons why I am and will always be ready to work with body and mind. Finally, one person who has always encouraged and motivated me to walk on every ups and downs of life is my life partner Pankaj Mehta, without whose support I would never have become a complete new experienced woman…..
